Built by collectors,

DSTRCT started in 2016 as a single shelf in a Koramangala apartment. A amethyst geode that caught the light wrong. A friend who wouldn't leave without it. That was the beginning.

Today we work directly with field collectors, miners, and lapidaries on six continents. Every piece in our inventory has been examined in person by our team. We verify provenance, check structural integrity, and photograph each specimen under consistent lighting before it makes it to the collection.

We don't stock volumes of mediocre material. We carry fewer than 350 active pieces at any time — because attention to detail doesn't scale. If a piece doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't sit on our shelf.
